Go on – take part

In 2017, Ghent University will have existed for 200 years. The STAM and the university are planning an exhibition (opening in October 2017) and a book of 200 objects associated with this long history.

Which is the reason for this request: do you have or know of interesting things that could play a part? We are looking for objects, photos, statements, personal stories, short films, musical compositions and so on, anything that will contribute to the liveliness of the exhibition and book. We are appealing to everyone: the people of Ghent, students, university and city council staff, alumni, student landladies, café proprietors, chip-shop owners, neighbourhood policemen, Erasmus students, etc.

Let us know about it here I take part.

If you would like to bring in an object and tell your story at the same time, you can do so at the STAM (Bijloke site, Godshuizenlaan 2, 9000 Ghent), from 10 am to 6 pm on 22 May 2016.
